This Site is operated by Stella McCartney Limited, a company registered in England under company number 4169969 with registered office at Chalegrove House, 34-36 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3DN, England (Stella McCartney Limited, as the context may require are hereinafter referred to as “Stella McCartney” or “we”). Your use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Accessing our Site

If you choose, or are provided with a user identification code or password as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions in these Terms. You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Stella McCartney, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies as well as their representatives, directors, employees and shareholders from and against any lawsuit, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including but not limited to any reasonable lawyers' fees and legal costs ensuing from or connected to your use of this Site.

Applicable Law

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to a visit to the Site, although We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

Grazia Competition Terms & Conditions

By submitting the official entry form, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.

Open to entrants aged 18 years or over only. Employees, consultants, advisers or agents of the Promoter or of any company in the Promoter’s group of companies, or Bauer Consumer Media, or their families and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. This competition is not open to residents of Northern Ireland.

To enter, fill in and submit the official entry form online at www.stellamccartney.co.uk/en/promotion/grazia. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary. All entrants must provide a valid contact number, e-mail address, first and last (legal) name. Entries automatically generated by computer, incomplete or corrupted entries and all those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. To be entered into the competition, entries must be received between 00:00 GMT 23rdth August 2011 and 23:59 GMT 16th September 2011 inclusive.

Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address the entry is sent from. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

The prize is the opportunity to become a Grazia Fashion Editor for the day. This includes: 1x return trip to Paris, consisting of economy class flight from winner’s nearest UK airport to Paris or economy return Eurostar ticket to Paris Gare du nord; 1 night’s accommodation in a 4 star hotel (excluding breakfast) and 350 euros spending money. Flights/train times and hotel to be determined by the promoter.

The winner will be given a camera on loan to document their Grazia Fashion Editorial experience which must be returned to a member of the Stella McCartney team on departure.

Photographs taken by the winner and of the winner will be published in Grazia magazine, along with a diary submitted by the winner, as part of the follow up article. Grazia and Stella McCartney reserve the right to make edits or amends to these as necessary. By entering the competition, the winner(s) consent(s) to any publicity generated as a result of the competition, and use on Graziadaily.co.uk or by Stella McCartney at any time. The promoter has the right to use all resulting publicity materials in any medium (including without limitation the internet) and in any manner we see fit. The winner will assign to us all rights (including present and future copyright) in publicity materials in all media (including without limitation the internet) whether in existence now or created in the future and agrees not to assert any moral rights in respect of the publicity materials (wherever and whenever such rights are recognised) against the promoter, its assigns, licensees and successors in title.

The winner will accompany the Grazia Editor to interview Stella McCartney at the show. Questions asked and time spent with Stella will be subject to availability on the day and determined by the promoter. The winner should submit any requested questions to the Grazia team prior to the event for approval by the Grazia and Stella McCartney teams, however there is no guarantee that these approved questions will be answered. The role of ‘Apprentice Fashion Editor at Grazia’ exists for this competition experience only and is not a permanent role for the winner.

The prize does not include any other incidentals, including but not limited to meals, drinks, mini-bars, telephone calls, travel insurance, the cost of transportation to and from the airport or the Eurostar terminal. These are the responsibility of the winner. The winner must have and maintain a valid passport endorsed with relevant visa and with expiry dates no less than six months following proposed date of travel. The winner is responsible for passport/visa validity.

The draw will take place on 19th September 2011. The first valid and correct entry drawn at random will win the prize. There will only be one prize awarded in total.

The winner will be notified by email or telephone on 19th September 2011 using the information given at the time of entry. The winner must claim their prize within 3 days of the notification (information on how to claim the prize will be given at the time of notification). If the prize is unclaimed after this time or if an email undeliverable notice is received, the prize will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to another entrant selected at random in accordance with these terms and conditions. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, an alternative winner may also be selected in the same manner. At the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, the winner may be requested to provide the Promoter with proof that they are the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or otherwise that the entry is in compliance with these terms and conditions.

The winner’s details (name and country) will be made available on request to those writing to online.assistance@stellamccartney.com. By entering the prize draw all entrants will be deemed to have agreed to their name being disclosed in this manner if they win.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater retail value. No correspondence will be entered into.

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Previous bookings made prior to and for travel during the validity of the prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for any ticket acquired in accordance with this competition. The prize must be taken on the date specified. Obtaining time off work to participate in the competition will be the sole and absolute responsibility of the winner.

The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is not liable or responsible if any part of the event is cancelled, varied or rescheduled for any reason. If this means that the winner cannot attend the event, the Promoter shall be under no obligation to provide any cash or alternative tickets. Where the prize includes “meet and greet” elements with the celebrities, the prize may be subject to the available of the celebrity in question and the promoter will have no liability for any inability or failure of any prize winner to attend any “meet and greet” session offered on any date nor will any alternative prize or cash alternative or compensation be offered for such failure.

By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and to consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented all of which will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy http://www.stellamccartney.co.uk/en/footernav/privacy. Entrants to the competition are required to consent to their data being processed for the purpose of sending them information regarding Stella McCartney new collections, exclusive products and special offers. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter may vary the terms of, or terminate, the competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. The Promoter will not award the prize if the competition is terminated. A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or prize winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
